Oak Hill Neighborhood's Operation
"Clean Sweep" .
3/29/08 - 4/5/2008
Saturday mornings, the weekends of March
29th, and April 5th,
United Methodist Church, OHAN, OHPBA, ONPCT, AMD,
and Freescale helped rid Williamson Creek
of old tires, and debris. The second week of creek clean up was
scheduled for minors. They help pick up brush the during second weekend April 5th, 2008.
Who couldn't help; but notice Sandy Baldrige?
She was like; Savwafair, she was everywhere!
That's Art Barkus driving his "lil mule".
If, Sandy wasn't directing dozers; she was helping
people out of the mud. Need to get your hands dirty?
Call Sandy! |

As good fortune would have
it, we had Carol Barg and Jay Frankel from Texas Trail Blazer registering
volunteer, and making sure everyone stayed hydrated; during the morning
work session. |
|
As natural as it would
seem, good natured volunteers appeared from everywhere.
That's Amanda and
Kevin in full recovery. |

Once again our champion
leaders Sandy and Dale Munsler embracing nature. Watch out Dale, I believe,
Sandy is standing in poison ivy! |
| Rick Perkins, the Vice-Chair of Oak Hill's
Trails Group, was so far out in front; we lost sight of him. Rick
confided in us early on;"...I'm not allergic to poison ivy"...good
thing!! |
Kevin Chacey from United Methodist Church was
another so lost in the brush; we couldn't get a picture of him. Thanks,
Kevin.K |

| We were able to catch up with
Lynne Falquist at the end of the day. I gotta tell ya; it's easier
catch'n up with people when they're tired. So, we retired; but, our work
has just started. |
